Student Council Update

Greetings to all students:

This note is an update from your student council. Your student council has been working behind the scenes to set priorities for the coming year. As you may be aware, SMC University has undergone transition the past few months, and Student Council has been in touch with Administration to set priorities for Student Council for the coming year.

Dr. Guenther Singer, who joined SMC University this past Spring, has been working dilegently to make necessary academic changes to make SMC’S programs and processes even better. You will be hearing from Doctor Singer in the near future on the many initiatives SMC University has been working on.

Some of the initiatives include an enhanced learning platform, an improved process for dissertation work, as well as changes to courses to enhance the experience for learners.

Please consider letting your name stand for election for 2 director’s positions on Student Council. If you are interested in letting your name stand, please forward a brief biography as stated in the call for nominations.
